Mr. Shannon Travels — Terms & Conditions

1. Agency Role & Disclosure

Mr. Shannon Travels acts solely as an intermediary between the traveler and third‑party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, transportation companies, and activity providers. All travel services are provided by these independent suppliers. Mr. Shannon Travels does not control, own, or operate the services provided and assumes no responsibility for supplier actions, omissions, or negligence.

2. Pricing, Availability & Accuracy

Travel pricing and availability change frequently and may vary until payment is made in full. All prices quoted are accurate at the time of quotation but are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed and paid. Website information is provided for general purposes only and may not reflect the most current updates.

3. Payments, Deposits & Final Balances

Payment terms are determined by each supplier. Clients are responsible for paying deposits and final balances by the deadlines provided. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation, loss of deposit, or additional supplier penalties. Chargebacks filed without valid cause may result in cancellation of travel arrangements and additional fees.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Supplier Penalties

All cancellations are subject to supplier terms and penalties. Many travel components — including airfare, cruise fares, promotional rates, and certain hotel bookings — may be non‑refundable. Refunds, if applicable, follow supplier policies. Mr. Shannon Travels is not responsible for supplier decisions regarding refunds or penalties.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for ensuring passports, visas, and entry documents meet destination requirements; monitoring official travel advisories; providing accurate personal information; reviewing all itineraries and confirmations; and arriving on time for flights, tours, and transfers. Health and travel conditions may change unexpectedly.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Travel involves inherent risks, including illness, injury, delays, weather events, natural disasters, political instability, supplier insolvency, and other unforeseen circumstances. By booking travel through Mr. Shannon Travels, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks and agrees to waive any claims against the agency to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Force Majeure

Mr. Shannon Travels is not liable for losses or additional expenses caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, war, pandemics, government actions, or supplier operational issues.

8. Travel Insurance Recommendation

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, trip interruptions, and other risks. Travelers should review coverage details carefully.

9. Documentation & Communication

All travel documents (confirmations, tickets, vouchers, itineraries) will be provided electronically. Travelers must review all documents upon receipt and notify Mr. Shannon Travels immediately of any discrepancies.

10. Website Terms of Use

All content on this website — including text, photos, branding, itineraries, and supplier descriptions — is the intellectual property of Mr. Shannon Travels and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Website information is provided “as‑is” and may change without notice. Published prices, promotions, and availability are not guaranteed until confirmed.
